News related to the submission of the formation of Special Economic Zones (KEK) in the East Java Industrial Estate JIIPE has been widely heard since last year. Even though JIIPE has not yet received official permission from the government to date, efforts to apply for KEK in the East Java Industrial Estate are still intensively carried out.
One of them is by holding a coordination meeting to accelerate the formation of KEK in the East Java Industrial Zone JIIPE with JIIPE, BKPM (Investment Coordinating Board), and the government is involved in it. According to the Head of BKBM, the formation of technology and manufacturing KEK in East Java Industrial Zone JIIPE can be an extraordinary attraction for investors and business people. Moreover, the East Java Industrial Estate JIIPE is the largest industrial estate in East Java as well as the first integrated industrial estate in Indonesia which has been equipped with ports and exclusive residences. This certainly can be the main reason for investors to entrust their shares in the East Java Industrial Zone JIIPE.
