News related to the submission of the formation of Special Economic Zones (KEK) in the East Java Industrial Estate JIIPE has been widely heard since last year. Moreover, the East Java Industrial Estate JIIPE is the largest industrial estate in East Java as well as the first integrated industrial estate in Indonesia which has been equipped with ports and exclusive residences. This certainly can be the main reason for investors to entrust their shares in the East Java Industrial Zone JIIPE.
